How the MSP Roundtable is Set Up

  • The MSP Roundtable are groups of eight to ten like-minded MSP company leaders, from non-competitive firms, who meet quarterly to network and discuss issues specific to each member’s concerns as a company owner, president or manager.
  • Peer groups are made up of similar MSP companies - similarities based on services revenue, number of employees, maturity of managed services, relative lines of service, ownership structure and markets served.
  • The confidential sessions are facilitated by a seasoned industry executive.
  • Participants share their operational and financial results to gain valuable insight from the rest of the group.
  • Groups focus on practices that truly drive profit and reduce risk.
  • A safe place where the confidentiality inherent to the group’s design, fosters open and honest discussion.
  • The agenda for each meeting is designed around the most important needs of the group and towards meeting the concerns and issues that industry leaders face, all with the goal of finding unique solutions to common problems.
  • Agendas cover everything from business development to managing growth and change. To finding, training and keeping the right people for the job to ways to track growth.
  • Groups discuss how to create and implement best practices as well as how to create to customer value while turning economic and industry challenges from liabilities to benefits.
